The CIAC Conference, serves as a platform for addressing critical issues surrounding articulation, transfer policies, and fostering intersegmental collaboration between California's higher education systems, namely the University of California (UC), California State University (CSU), Private and Independent Universities and the California Community Colleges (CCC). Articulation issues in California's education landscape have long been a challenge. Students often face hurdles when transferring between community colleges and four-year institutions.
